The air conditioning was not effective , so the room was consistently hot. There was a lot of noise late at night . It sounded like a dryer was running in the adjacent room. Despite the "do not disturb" sign , housekeeping entered and cleaned the room anyway. We returned to find our door wide open , , made us think about a break-in.

The staff were very cute, a nice touch after a long journey. my room was cleaned daily and new toiletries arrived each day, i appreciated that. the mini fridge restocked daily proved very useful for quick refreshments. I used it all the time.

the air conditioning in my room struggled a bit on the hottest day though it was eventually addressed.

The hotel provided easy walking access to major attractions, including the colosseum and trevi fountain. the pantheon and vatican were also accessible. A bus stop located near the suite offered transport options if desired. several restaurants surround the hotel.

while breakfast wasn't served directly, coffee capsules and pastries were available in the room. a minibar with complimentary items was included. a convenient store is located nearby for purchasing additional food.

my beautiful room was spacious and well kept! the bathroom had a bathtub and a standing shower with provided amenities. a nespresso machine was also present, very convenient and useful. i took advantage of it every morning.

The air conditioning was not effective. The room remained too warm. The noise level was also high. I heard sounds from adjacent rooms late into the night. my request to not clean the room one day was ignored, and I returned to find my door open, unsettling.

The air conditioning was not working well. I was not moved to another room until the second day of my stay. The furniture in the room was basic and outdated.

I really liked the location it was near many main spots. the staff provided good communication throughout the stay. I am grateful for that.
